Welcome to Tigu Run, a game published under the Tigu brand. By downloading or playing Tigu Run, you agree to these Terms. Tigu Run is intended to be played by children with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and play Tigu Run for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or your app store's terms.
The app is free
Tigu Run is free to play. It offers optional rewarded video ads (always skippable) that help support the game. We may add or change features over time.
Ads
Tigu Run shows only child-directed, non-personalized, G-rated ads through Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. Watching an ad is always optional.
Acceptable use
Play fairly and don't attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or misuse the app or the ad services it relies on.
Intellectual property
Tigu, Tigu Run, the Tigu character, artwork, and all related content are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
No warranty
Tigu Run is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fun and reliable but can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date when we do. Continued play after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the terms of the app store from which you obtained the app.
