Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Tigu Run ("Tigu Run", "the app", "we", "us") is a game for children and families, published under the Tigu brand. This policy explains what information the app handles, and — importantly for a kids' app — how ads are handled. Tigu Run is child-directed and built to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR-K, and Google Play's Families policy.
The short version
- The game collects no personal information. No account, no login, no sign-up.
- It plays fully offline. Your progress, scores, bones and hats are stored only on your device.
- We never sell or share your data, and we never use it for behavioral or interest-based advertising.
- Ads are optional and family-safe. Tigu Run shows only non-personalized, G-rated ads, treated as child-directed for every user.
Information the app collects
None that identifies your child. Tigu Run has no account system and no sign-in. We do not ask for, and do not collect, names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, contacts, location, or any other personal information.
Game data — your best score, level progress, bones, and unlocked hats — is stored locally on the device using the device's own storage. It never leaves the device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
Advertising
Tigu Run offers optional rewarded video ads — for example a "Watch ad to continue" option after a level, and a "2× bones" bonus. Watching an ad is always a choice; the game is fully playable without ever watching one.
We use Google AdMob (part of Google) to serve these ads, and AdMob may include ads from mediation partners (such as Unity Ads). To keep the app safe for children:
- Every ad request is tagged as child-directed (COPPA "tag for child-directed treatment") and capped at a "G" (general audiences) maximum content rating.
- Ads are non-personalized — they are not based on your child's interests or on a profile of them, and are not used for remarketing.
- To deliver these ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and report aggregate performance, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process limited technical data such as device and ad information. Under child-directed treatment this is limited to what is needed to serve a non-personalized ad and is not used to build an advertising profile of a child.
We do not receive your child's personal information from these ad partners, and we do not sell or share any data with advertisers for their own purposes. You can learn how Google handles data in ads at Google's Privacy & Terms and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
No behavioral tracking
Tigu Run does not use interest-based advertising, cross-app tracking, or advertising ID–based profiling of children. There is no analytics SDK collecting personal data, and no data broker involvement.
Who processes data for us
The only third-party service integrated in the app is Google AdMob (and, through AdMob mediation, ad networks such as Unity Ads) for the optional ads described above, operated under child-directed, non-personalized settings. There are no other backends, servers, or accounts.
Parents' choices & rights
- Skip the ads entirely — every ad in Tigu Run is optional.
- Remove all on-device data — simply uninstall the app; there is no server-side account to delete because we never create one.
- Contact us — parents may email us at any time with questions or requests about their child's privacy.
Because we collect no personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, or delete on our servers.
Children
Tigu Run is directed to children and designed with their safety in mind: no personal data collection, no behavioral ads, and only family-safe, non-personalized advertising. If you believe a child has provided us personal information (which the app is not designed to collect), please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Data security
The app runs locally and requires no account, which minimizes risk. Any ad requests to Google's servers are made over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method is perfectly secure, but we design the app to collect as little as possible.
Changes
We will update this page and the "last updated" date whenever this policy changes.
