Refund Policy

Tigu Run is free to play. There is nothing to buy inside the app — no in-app purchases and no subscriptions — so there is normally nothing to refund.

If purchases are added in the future

If Tigu Run ever offers optional in-app purchases, they are processed entirely by Google Play (or the relevant app store), not by us directly. Refunds for any such purchases are handled under that store's refund policy:

• Google Play: request a refund through Google Play using Google's refund process. Google's standard policy allows a refund request within 48 hours of purchase, and other cases are considered at Google's discretion.

Because the store processes the payment, we cannot issue refunds directly, but we're happy to help you with the process.

Ads

The rewarded ads in Tigu Run are always optional and free — there is no charge to watch one, and nothing to refund.
